    Hi,
    I am trying to create a rent roll that would increase by a growth factor every 12 months, but this growth would depend on the start date of the lease so it could be same or different for different apartment units.
    I have attached a file and shown the results I need in yellow with manual calculation. I would like to understand what formula would work in this situation and it works when the formula is applied horizontally and vertically. Hope I am able to explain what I am trying to do.

    Hello, I tried to help you find a solution to your formula problem. The solution that I propose in the attached file may not be the most optimal, but I did not manage to do it differently. Hope it suits you.
