Yes, each course has its own lesson plan, which is the same for all delivery modes. To consult a course outline click on a course then go to the “Course Outline” tab.

• Our online training courses are pre-registered and made available to you via a portal to which you can log in using your user name and password. You’ll find a list of the courses you’ve registered for. At any time, you’ll be able to see what percentage of each course you’ve completed, and where you are in a particular course. You’ll have lifetime access to your training courses, so you can follow them at your own pace, whenever you like. You’ll also have access to updated video clips and accompanying documents (theory, instructions, examples, exercises). At any time, you can ask your questions on our our forum.
• Our group training courses can be held at your office or remotely via Teams. We also offer very attractive rates for groups wishing to take their training online. Our training portal offers a number of interesting features for groups, including the possibility for group managers to allocate their own access to the various courses and learners, and to track learners’ progress online.

Le CFO masqué offers a credit program, 1 credit = 1 CAD dollar to spend on our site. Three credit packages are available:

• 1,200 credits (buys 3 online courses)
• 2,000 credits (buys 5 online courses)
• 4,000 credits (buys 10 online courses)

On September^1, 2020, Le CFO masqué launched its new website, with an improved training platform. If the training was completed before the migration to the new site, it is possible that the progress percentage has not been transferred. If you wish to modify a progress percentage in this context, you can send us a request. Please include the approximate date of completion, the course title and the e-mail address associated with your account.

You can ask all your questions on our forum. You’ll find a section dedicated to training questions. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

You’ll be notified by e-mail if you’ve registered for the course, and you’ll see a date indicating when the video or document was last updated, if applicable.

Our training courses last from 3 to 6 hours, including exercises. The duration will be indicated in the course outline. Obviously, more advanced users will take less time, and less advanced users a little more.

Yes, once you’ve completed 100% of your training, you’ll see a DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE button appear. Click on it to retrieve your certificate. These certificates meet the standards of the job market and the criteria of professional associations.

To share an animated GIF highlighting the course you’ve completed, click on one of the share buttons in the Courses section of your account. A dialog box will open in your browser, and you’ll see the sharing options for each platform (LinkedIn and Facebook).

You are not authorized in any way to share your training documents and videos with a third party, even if it is a work colleague. This clause is part of our conditions of purchase and is intended to preserve our copyright. Yes, you need to tick the “For another person or for a group” box when you purchase a course online.

First, purchase one or more blocks of credits depending on the number of people you wish to register. Once you’ve completed the credit purchase transaction,select the desiredcourse and, when adding it to the shopping cart, select the option For another person or for a group. Indicate the number of seats required, and complete the transaction, using your credits to make the payment. You can then allocate the training seats to the learners of your choice, from the “Groups” section of your account.

To access the statistics for each of your groups, select the desired group at the top of the “Groups” section of your account.

At the bottom of this section, in the “Report” tab, you can click “View report”.

After a few seconds, the list of learners will appear, with progress status and certificate (when the learner has completed and passed all modules).

No. Under no circumstances will it be possible to transfer a course to another user, even if the course has not yet started.

To add a learner to a group, simply enter their first name, last name and e-mail address in the designated fields. Then click on the blue “Submit” button. By clicking on the plus “+”, you’ll get a second line for a^2nd learner, and the system will only accept it if you have fewer available seats than the number of lines you’re adding.

Training starts at 9am and finishes at 4pm, with a break from 12pm to 1pm.

Yes, each participant receives a certificate of attestation after completing the training. These certificates meet the standards of the job market and the criteria of professional associations.

No. No protection is added to Excel files. You are free to modify them as you wish.

Our tools have been designed for PC versions of Excel. Some of them can also be used on a Mac, but as we haven’t carried out exhaustive tests on this side, we can’t guarantee their correct operation outside the MS Excel for PC environment.

Yes, we can recommend the services of consultants who are qualified to modify tools. These consultants are self-employed and will provide you with a proposal for services outside Le CFO masqué. If you are interested in this option, please complete contact us.
